They enter into a Service Level Agreement which sets high standards with regard to response times, quality of work, client satisfaction and feedback. Service providers are measured against their SLA requirements, resulting in only the best suppliers being retained.
As a valued client, you may be requested to provide feedback to indicate your level of satisfaction. Once your claim has been logged you will be notified of the Service Provider appointed.
